Enhance NCHU Academic Impact— 2025 OA Journal Submission Discounts Are Here!

To support NCHU researchers in publishing articles in Open Access (OA) format, enhance their research visibility, and further elevate NCHU's academic impact, the library has signed transformative agreements with multiple publishers. In addition to subscribing to full-text journals, we have also considered discounted Article Processing Charges (APC) for our researchers when submitting papers.

Currently, we offer APC discount programs with seven journal publishers.
During the program period, NCHU-affiliated researchers who are corresponding authors of their articles can enjoy APC discounts when submitting to eligible journals.

Since each publisher has different APC discount policies and application procedures, the library has compiled a comprehensive guide on the current APC discount application process for each publisher.
