1. NCHU is a subscriber of the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences of the United States of America (PNAS), which supports an open access policy. Corresponding authors from NCHU are entitled to a special rate of US$5,300 (originally US$5,800) if their article is accepted for publication by the PNAS and they grant immediate access.
