[Maintenance]12/21 TEJ Pro system maintenance

Dear users,

To enhance the quality of our data transmission services and comply with security standards, TEJ has completed a system upgrade for TEJ PRO. As part of this upgrade, some older network connections will be discontinued. 

Please note that TEJ PRO will be temporarily unavailable from 6:00 AM on December 21, 2024, to 12:00 PM on December 22, 2024. Kindly review the details below to understand the changes and update your firewall and domain settings as needed. 

Below are the key details:

• Start: December 21, 2024 (Saturday), 6:00 AM
• End:  December 22, 2024 (Sunday), 12:00 PM
• The upgraded network services will go live on December 21, 2024.

Note: No action is needed if your firewall or web filter uses FQDN (Fully Qualified Domain Name).

The following IPs will no longer be in use:

• 220.130.178.202
• 220.130.178.203
• 211.23.181.22
• 59.124.45.140
• 122.147.1.155
• 60.248.179.189
• 211.23.181.20
• 211.23.181.21

Please prioritize domain-based whitelisting. If this is not possible, whitelist the following IPs:

• tejprocloud.tej.com.tw：59.124.119.70 (NEW)
• pro-117.tej.com.tw：220.130.15.105 (NEW)
• pro-118.tej.com.tw：59.124.119.73 (NEW)

• 80
