National Academic License Databases for 2025

To support academic research and enhance electronic information resources, the Science and Technology Policy Research and Information Center will continue to provide the following National Academic License databases in 2025, free of charge for nationwide colleges and universities:

1. EBSCOhost – OmniFile Full Text Select

These databases will remain accessible until December 31, 2025.

Additionally, Reaxys (https://www.reaxys.com/) is offered free of charge to colleges and universities with chemistry, pharmacy, or related departments. The usage period for Reaxys is valid until February 28, 2025. The Center has received a proposal from the vendor indicating a significant adjustment in subscription pricing and is currently assessing the feasibility of renewal. Updates will be announced once a decision is made.

1. Access Control: All databases are managed via IP authentication. Users are encouraged to utilize the resources.
